9,000 SF, 4-unit luxury condominium building consisting of three 3 bed/2.5 bath duplex, and 4 bed/4 bath duplex units and a roof deck. ALFA Chicago was the general contractor as well as the prime developer of this project which included acquiring the land, rezoning, overseeing design, and building sellout.
